I have previously approved I140 in EB2 with Company A (PD 2014 August), Company B about to file I140 in EB2 premium processing, however I have potential offer from Company C might switch in 2-3 months span. 1) What happens to my approved I140 with Company B? Will that get null/void as I am not going to stay 180 days with them, even if they don’t revoke? Will it impact my old PD and I140 filed by Company A? 2) Company B doesn’t allow downgrade or double filing, do you guys recommend stay with EB2 or EB3 based on my PD which is August 2014 (disclaimer: just looking for opinions based on forum expertise, I know no one can predict the dates/future here). Hello All, I have a valid H1B Visa until August 2020 from previous employer, I have an approved H1B petition until March 2021 from current Employer. I recently got an offer from another company who is willing to sponsor, however I have travel plans until mid of February and willing to join right after the vacation. Recently new company Attorney reached out to me saying that they can’t file H1B until I am in states, I was curious is that a general USCIS rule (I doubt that as my transfer going to be intended, Can some one confirm? Hello, I have I140 (Priority date Jan 2014) with Company A and got my H1B transferred to Company B and I got extension of H1B using I140 as I finished 6 years of H1B, now got an offer from Company C, can I still use my I140 to get the H1B transferred to new company? How about the priority date validity? P.S: Company B haven’t started the PERM process yet. Thanks in advance.
