    Yes I had this issue when my new employer filed for 140 in Aug 2020 and our Attorney worked with USCIS and got it corrected within 3 days

    Finally my check was posted on 2/2/2021. I think we just need to be patient as USCIS is taking their own sweet time for processing these applications

    Hi I finished my H1B interview @ Vancouver Today 9/5/2019 Questions asked by VO Where do you work How long you have been working with this company What do you do Do you have Masters degree Thats all and Visa is approved. Good luck everyone
