  1. You have no status as of now since you doesn't have a valid I94. You need to leave US ASAP and enter on H1.
  2. Your COS is not updated. Didn't your employer mentioned this to you? You are still on F1 until your OPT expiration date. You need H1 amendment and with that amendment approval attend H1 interview and enter into US on H1.
  3. Does your employer have an attorney or not? Ask him.
  4. Your employer is correct, you cannot file H1 ext now. You need another amendment if you moved to new location.
  5. If that's the case then you need to see a local doctor here.

  7. Once you start working for C, amendment from the old employer doesn't make any sense. So forget about amendment, make sure H1 from C is approved.
  8. Yeah, may be I was wrong. But your case was pretty much similar to the cases where students abused CPT. If you think that your wife didn't abuse any CPT rules then she is good to go.
  9. If its genuine CPT then did everyone in that class took two CPT's? Do you know that CPT is not an optional, its mandatory if required by the course. Its clear that your wife has abused CPT, no doubt in it. AFAIK, this university is very much famous for CPT although its not in the news.
  10. There are many people who received these kinds of RFE, and there are two common reasons for that 1. Working illegally in CPT 2. Enrolling in some fraud university which abuses CPT. From your post its clear that your wife has abused CPT, I guess here OPT will be rejected bcos of this abuse. Just use google to know what mistake your wife did. Which course is that requires two CPT's continuously? What's the name of her university??

  12. Please check the preferred consulate website to know your eligibility. AFAIK, dropdox facility is not available in canada.
