  1. Guys, I got side tracked, but I did inform my employer about this and he is working to get this corrected in W2. Fortunately I did not file W2 tax returns. Hopefully, will receive corrected W2 by 2nd week of April.
  2. 1. Yes. It is a good idea. This way, the H4 visa stamping will be done in way less time vs if you apply for H4 extension in US itself. You being principal applicant, can take advantage of Automatic Revalidation Provision (ARP) and will not need a visa to re-enter US. Infant can re-enter on valid I-94. Unless you have appeared for an interview at US consulate either in Canada or Mexico, then APR will not be applicable and MUST re-enter US based on the outcome of the visa interview. 2. Yes 3. Yes.
  3. Salary mentioned in LCA : $89,000 YTD on W2 : $108,000 Taxable: $66,000 Per Diem: $42,000 please help.
  4. Hi, please let us know the interview questions and over all experience. thank you.
  5. Hello, I am planning to go To Mexico for H1-B visa stamping in June 2020. but there is a problem in my paystub, which I realized late. My employer paid me per-diem and the total taxable pay for year 2019 is less than mentioned in LCA. However the total gross pay was more than mentioned in LCA Is it a risk to travel outside and get stamping ? I can also avoid travel. Please suggest. thanks.
