H1B is approved for primary but dependent's H4 is still pending/in progress, I would like to change employer. What would happen to H4 visa holder's status if the new employer's visa transfer is denied when the date is beyond H4 holder's I94 expiry and i decide to stay back with old employer? Would the H4 extension submitted by old employer be still valid in that case or get's revoked?

Hi All, I'm unable to book H1B stamping date in canada us visa website. It says no dates available. Did anyone face this issue? Any idea when this will be fixed? Thanks, Shashi

Read in couple of news website that as per new plan to be drafted in 2020 programmer would be removed from specialty occupation for H1B. Is is true or just a rumor?
