    My friend was in NY last month and got ticketed for speeding. He received 2 fines - one from NY court $600 and the other from NY DMV $750 (driver responsibility assessment fees). He's ready to pay the $600 fine to the court. What will happen if he doesn't pay the DMV $750 fees? Will it impact his GC processing?
