Hi, I am planning to go visa stamping in Mexico or India. Could some one please provide your advise/feedback going to Mexico? Like Are there any latest dates available. How is the process etc.. If I go to India(chennai) am I eligible for drop box? What are the latest dates available, can we travel to india now, any covid related new restrictions etc.. My last stamping was done in Jul-2014 in Chennai India. My first visa was done in Nov-2007. Came to US in 2008. Went to India in 2011 my visa was rejected because of employee-employer relation. Later found new employer filed extension and went to stamping in Jun-2014 in chennai and got 221. 221G cleared in Jul-2014.

Hi, my I-797 is expiring on 09 June 2020. We have applied extension on 15 May 2020. Still we have not yet received receipt. If I do not receive receipt before 09 June 2020 will I be out of status? What will be receipt date , is it the date it received the package or the date when ever the receipt is generated. please advise. Thanks,

Hi, I am working on H1B with i-140. My latest extension was applied in 2017 and got extension up to 2020. I recently changed client and my employer is in process of filing Amendment. LCA is filled and amendment will be filed in next one week. My wife got her H4 visa stamping in chennai in 2015 and its expired in 2017. Now we have a family emergency and my wife needs to travel to India along with my 5yr old son. Can she travel to India now or do we need to wait until amendment is approved. please advise. Thanks,

I have collected my documents which are sealed and inside sealed documents it has another 221g requesting passport. I have submitted my passport along with DS160 and CGI form. Thanks,
