aangroola Posted June 4, 2016 Report Share Posted June 4, 2016 Hello all, I'm a H1-B holder since 2008 and through my previous employer had my I-140 and LCA approved and had a priority date of Jan 2013. I changed jobs in December 2015 and got a new H-1B and they have filed a PERM application which is pending. I married in April this year to a US citizen and I'm in process of applying for adjustment of status I 485 and I-130 and advanced parole. My question is, Can I leave my current job through which I have a valid H1B till Dec 2016 once my I-485 and EAD is processing ? Thanks a lot for your help. Link to comment
