pruthive Posted May 25, 2016 Report Share Posted May 25, 2016 I was working in company A and they revoked h1b on 4/25/2016, company A got new project and they are applying new h1b petition through consular processing.i have valid visa stamp on passport till 5/2018.my attorney saying i need to attend visa interview in India. do i need to attend visa interview with new i797? or seek a new admission at the port of entry with the old valid visa and new valid I-797 approval for H-1B.Please advice.Thanks in advance!!
