ajayraghuwanshi
Hi pontevecchio, when you say "yes, if the i-140 has not been revoked". You mean i-140 not revoked by DOL for fraud OR i-140 not revoked by employer A as employee joined employer B?? Link to comment
pontevecchio
Both. One is eligible to get 3 year extensions beyond the initial 6 based on an approved I-140. Once the extension is granted subsequent revocation by the employer does not matter. Link to comment
