Interview Waiver - for H1B

Hi,

 

I have changed my employer from 'ABC' to XYZ' . while submitting the application for appointment it didnt asked anything regarding the the employer changes it conformed that I am eligible for Interview Waiver Program. Unfortunately I completed the Payment for it. Now I got to know that I am not eligible for interview waiver.

 

1) Do I eligible for  interview Waiver or not?

 

2) if not, what I should do in order to create new appointment.

Hi,

My H1B visa expired on June 30 2015.

 

I'm planning to travel to India on June 14 /15 with valid I797 till July 2018.

 

What should I answer for the below question:

 

If I am applying for an H or L (individual) or R visa, my prior visa in the same class is still valid or expired within the last 12 months?

 

YES or NO, will determine my drop box eligibility? Please advise.
