tonygreg13
Hi, I have only 2 months left on my H-1B visa stamp on my passport, i don't have time to go for visa stamping while i am in India. Anyone has any idea if there will be any issues while re-entering USA? Please let me know your experiences or any suggestions. Link to comment

chaddibanyan
Yes, Re-entry is possible. However, you will need to stamp a new visa the next time you leave the US and want to come back. Source of reply - Been there, done that... Link to comment

rohit369
I returned with 3 days left for my visa expiry. No issues. However, you have to have your petition valid for a longer duration so that the immigration officer feels that you have enough time to apply for your petition renewal if its expiring soon.
