Question on H1B Stamping- How soon can i apply ??

Guys, 

 

My H1b visa expires on sept 30 2016. I am already in the process of applying for extension in premimum processing and hoping everything goes well (fingers crossed) I will have my visa extended for 3 more years untill sept 30 2019. 

 

So, my question my stamping in passport is expired in 2013 and I am planning to go for stamping as soon as my extension get approved. So, if I book an appointment in june 1 week or so will get my stamping untill 2016 or 2019 ??

 

If i want to get the stamping untill 2019 when is the best time to apply for visa ??

 

As always you guys have been always helpful. So please help me with ur inputs.

It is immaterial as to when you book your appointment. If your petition is approved till 2019 and you present the proof of approval (ie original I797) at the time of your interview. you will get stamping till 2019.

You need to fill DS 160 with new H1-B receipt details after it is approved. Then you will get visa stamped until Sep 2019.
