Question:Visa Appointment and passport Pickup Different locations

Hi,

Hoping someone might had this experience or might know answer for my question.

 

I understand we can have visa appointment and passport pickup at different locations, but i would like to know how that would impact my passport delivery time.

 

Example:  

If i have a visa appointment in Delhi, and passport pick location as Delhi. I would usually get my passport in 2 days but I would like know if i change the passport pickup location to Hyderabad can i collect the passport at Hyderabad in same 2 days. (Basically i don't want to stay in Delhi for 2 days just to collect my passport but i want to get my passport ASAP.)

You will get a day later since they have to courier your passport to Hyderabad. You can then go and collect it in Hyderabad office.
