Two h1b transfer approved, Joining is a hurdle that i created

 

Company A and B filed for H1b trabsfer

Company A asked to join based on receipt number - Normal Processing

Company B asked to wait until USCIS approval - Premium Processing

 

Now, being Company B is approved can i join Company B ?

Company A may get approved in next few weeks because of normal process

Consider if Company A also gets approved, am i still allowed to join Company B ?

Go ahead and join company b if u like the offer . Company A transfer will take some time . In the mean while if u don't like company b . U will have the option to go to company a

Note : u r last h1 transfer approval will be ur employer . If u want to stick to employer b. It is ur responsibility to let the company a know Abt this. So that company a can revoke their h1 transfer petition
