h1mem
Hi, I was also in the same boat in Jul 2013.I had DUI in Dec2007 and 1st stamping after DUi done in Feb 2011.I went to stamping in July 2013 , Visa officer asked about DUI and i was asked to wait for 10 min during the interview. After that he verified previous Medical report and granted my Visa . To my knowledge if you had Medical reports from previous visit ,That should be fine. Link to comment
lakesh999
Hi, i have the similar situation. do i also have to attend the second time physical exam? I have recently attended one medical exam for I-484. some reason the dates went back and have the sealed cover. can i use the same letter if they ask for any medical exams? I do not have any documents from previous medical exam except a CD that they have given. please advice. Thanks, Link to comment
mrav85
Are people getting this visa revocation email from the consulate, even after they have gone thru the physician panel already once and got the visa issues? Or is it only for people who got the visa issued back in India or somewhere and then got arrested here once they are back in US, after which they have not got the visa issued? Are these the ones who are getting the emails? Link to comment
skmmsk123
Mrav85 I read some articles and it is my understanding that: Case-1: Stamping done ----> traveled to USA ----> Got DUI -------> Prudential revocation email from embassy If DWI was already addressed in previous Visa interview, I dont think they will send revoication emails... Any new DUI after visa stamping, then chances of getting revocation emails.. Link to comment
