Date of Birth Correction in i94 and VISA

Hi There-

 

My Son's date of birth was incorrect in old passport and hence same in VISA and i94 which will expire in 2017.

 

Now I got the DOB corrected and got new passport but VISA and i94 are still based on old passport.

 

My question is 

1. Do I need to carry both passport (old and new) whenever I go out of US?

2. Do I need to get updated i94 as per new passport and DOB?

3. Do I need to apply for new VISA to get it corrected?

4. Is it valid to satay in US with i94 and VISA based on old passport?

 

 

Please advise .
