I assume you are not buying a few hundred condos for this purpose. Link to comment
JoeF Posted February 15, 2016 Report Share Posted February 15, 2016 As long as you don't manage the property, it would work. Hire a management company to manage everything with upkeep, rentals, etc. Then you are not actively involved. Having passive income on H1 is OK. Link to comment
