PERM Audit and H1B extension

Hello,

Please advise on my below questions.

 

* DOL website shows PERM 'Audit review- Jan 2015'. Does this mean applications with priority date Jan 2015 is being processed. Or applications chosen for audit in Jan 2015 is being processed?

* I am entering 5th year of H1b now, and my visa expiring in 6 months.

PERM got into audit and got to know last week.

Now employer planning to file H1B extension premium.  PERM being in audit, does this impact H1B extension at all?

* Considering PERM is approved for Analyst position, and we wait 10 years to get GC,

meanwhile being promoted, should the PERM process be started all over again?

1) Jan 2015 is a PD.

2) no impact on H1b.
