My visa is expiring on Feb16 2016.My company is filing for extension through premium processing in a couple of business days.One of my colleagues today said that the extension should be filed way in advance so you have the receipt notice with you before the visa expires.Is that true? Do i have to leave the country if I do not have a receipt notice by Feb16th?Thanks in Advance!P.S. : My I-94 expires on Feb26 2016. Link to comment
