vasantha
hello, My Mother-in-law stayed in USA for 6months and left to India in November, 2015. We are planning to get her again to USA in March 2016, they will be a gap of 4months (<6months) but in different calendar year, do they question at port of entry if it is less than 6months? Please advice.. Thanks!! Link to comment
JoeF
Calendar year doesn't matter. She risks getting denied entry. A visitor needs to be more abroad than in the US. Link to comment
rohang
chances r very high, and raises a red flag as she did utilized max. duration last time. Link to comment
Jyothis
Really depends on the POE officer whether they want to question something or not. If s/he is concerned with the frequency, I would say they can ask questions. Link to comment
rahul412
Frequent visits on B2 is a red flag. I don't think calendar year matters here. Link to comment
pontevecchio
They will not turn her back. But they may/will give her a stern talking to and give her a very short duration of visit. If you have to ask this question then follow the instructions in the previous posts. Link to comment
