gaurav244
Hello Friends, I have an approved I-140 with my current employer. My wife is on H-4. She is eligible for EAD, but we have not applied for it yet. I am planning to switch jobs soon, at which point, the green card process would need to be reinitiated (new labor, new I-140, etc.). I am wondering if we should apply and get her EAD before I move to the new job, as we would need to start green card process again? Can I move to the new job now and still be able to get her EAD based on the previously approved I-140? Thanks. Link to comment
rvzz
I got my 140 with company A I moved to Company B and then this rule got approved. I applied H4 EAD for my wife based on previous company's 140, it is approved and she is working. Link to comment
pontevecchio
As long as the I-140 is not revoked before the H4 EAD is obtained. Link to comment
