chill_out Posted February 5, 2016 Report Share Posted February 5, 2016 My Visa and I-94 expired on Oct 10-2015. I filed for extension on Sep 9th ,before visa expiry. Today my extension approved but I-94 validity start date given as Jan 30-2016. So what would be my status between Oct 10 th Jan 30th. Link to comment
