H1-transfer & amendment process urgent

Hello Attorney

I would appreciate if you could revert urgently.

My sis is working for company A and they have filed an amendment as sheis moving to a new client project location in a new state.

In the mean time she shas been offered by company B and they want to file her transfer of H1b immediately.

My question is will it be a problem for her as the amendment process by current A employer and B employers process of transfer happening parallely .

Hope her visa won't be affected.

If Amendment is in process(with receipt number)/approved she can work in new location with employer A.

 

If Transfer is in process(with receipt number)/approved she can work with new employer B.

 

As far as I know In parallel, both can be filed.

 

Filing transfer in premium will give you the result in 14 calendar days in case no RFE.

 

Even you can file another amendments with employer A while one amendment is in process.
