EB-2 to EB-1C

Hi I recently got my i140 approved under EB2 category. Also my L1A Visa application  is in process and will be approved in couple of months. If my L1A Visa is approved. Can i converts by green card process from EB-2 to EB-1C. When i initially entered US in 2011, I was a developer. Over the period i was promoted to sr. developer and not to a managerial position in 2 years back. Please advice if my current GC application can be converted from EB-2 to EB-1C category.

No need of any conversion. If u r eligible for GC under EB1-C then go for it.

I am in 5th year of my L1B. In order for me to continue to leave in US my employer is converting my Visa from L1-B to L1-A.

Please let me know if i am still eligible fore EB1-C category of GC.
