siddhartharai
Hi, I have graduated in dec 2015 and received EAD and currently working on opt in Atlantic city, NJ. I am planning to go to india and nearest international airport is philadelphia. So when i return to usa, can i directly come to philadelphia or should i come to chicago and then to philadelphia. I am asking because I work for a consultancy and as my employer is from illinois, my employer offer letter would have the address of chicago. So if my port of entry is philadelphia, would i be questioned about the location ? Should i carry client letter or if its not provided should i carry vendor letter along with my employer letter. Or is it better to come to chicago and then to philadelphia so that it does not raise any questions of location? Please suggest. Thanks. Link to comment

siddhartharai
My question is just the employer offer letter is sufficient or do i need vendor or client letter as well? If the port of entry is in other state than the employer does it raise a question to immigration officer to provide client letter as well? FYI: I am travelling on opt Link to comment
