Can we file premium twice

HI,

I upgraded my I 140 application to Premium Processing on July 2015. My application is in Extended review since then. There have been no action/movement on the application.

 

Is there a way that I can resubmit my Premium processing application with fees and Will that help? I read in the forum that few got benefits upon upgrading but that was initial upgrade.

 

Is there any other way to check the status and push for action/movement on application.

There is no double PP. Employer/attorney has to contact USCIS.

A petition placed in extended review by USCIS is usually not going to get shaken loose by paying more money to USCIS. PPS works when the case is delayed. Extended review usually means some kind of background or security checks are happening.
