vinaytyagi Posted January 14, 2016 Report Share Posted January 14, 2016 Hello Fellow forum-ers :) Here are a few details before I go into my question: Original EAD received 2010 Application date Feb-2010 Last EAD expired Nov-2015 Extension applied for Oct-2015 I have since taken a job in India and have quit my last employer. I have relocated and am currently in India. Question is: Would I still get my EAD and AP now that I left my last employer and also am not even in USA? If yes, Can I re-enter USA using my approved EAD and AP? I want to visit USA for a few weeks and am wondering if I should go for a Business/Visitor visa or wait for EAD approval (if that gets approved). Please share your experience.
