F1 stamping after COS (H4 to F1) while working on Fulltime CPT

Hi,

I entered US on H4 and later joined a university and converted to F1.

I have 2 more courses to complete my degree.

I am presently working on Fulltime CPT and i have a need to travel to India next month.

I know that i have to go for Visa stamping after I go to India in order to come back to US.

My spouse is on H1 and needs to go for stamping as her H1 stamping is expired.

My question is, 1) since I am working on CPT, will that cause any problem to my visa stamping?

2) I have only 2 more courses left to finish my degree, will this have any impact on my visa stamping?

If anyone recently been in my situation and went to India and got the visa approved, please share your experiences

Please advise.

Thanks

That looks like CPT abuse. On F1, you are supposed to study, not work. And CPT is only for work as integral part of the curriculum, i.e., something like required internships. It is not for "working fulltime " in some job.

This kind of stuff is a big red flag nowadays.
