Travel on H1B stamping with previous employer

Hi,

I have H1B visa stamping with employer 'X' till Sep-2016 and I moved to employer 'Y' and my current H1B is valid till March-2017.I am planning to travel to India in Coming APRIL-2016.

 

1)Is that I need to go for my H1B stamping again with employer 'Y'?

 

My recent entry to US is on Feb-2014 and I got new I94 number which is valid till my Visa stamping is valid(Sep-2016) when I checked online.

 

Could you please answer the above question and tell me if there will be any issue at port of entry while coming back?

Your entry should be good as long as you have a valid visa and you have supporting documents to prove that you had/will have continuous employment before you left and after you enter.
