yjain2804
I recently returned to USA from a cruise trip to Mexico and neighboring countries. I boarded and landed the ship from Galveston, TX and got a new i-94 generated due to this visit. However, I realize that the i-94 shows my entry visa status as H4 even though I have a valid H1-B visa. Please note that the immigration officer did ask me questions about my job and employer as well so I did not anticipate this mistake. I have both H4 and H1 visa valid on my passport. Can someone suggest what can be done here to go back to H1 visa on I94? Link to comment
