kirshi Posted December 22, 2015 Report Share Posted December 22, 2015 Hi All, Me & My wife traveled US with a valid H1 / H4 valid visa till (Dec 2015), My company "C" has filed extension for both of us before the I-94 & Visa expiry (Dec 2015) and got the receipt numbers, so I would like to know since both of our I-94 expired are we still legal to stay in US as the extension were filed before the expiry date ?
