abdul.wasey
Hi, Thanks for the reply. But the issue is my sister has applied for my immigration 2 years backs. So does this impact or lessen my chances of getting a f1 visa. Thanks Link to comment
JoeF
It doesn't impact you. On the other hand, lying on the application WILL impact you. It could result in a lifelong ban! NEVER NEVER NEVER lie on an immigration form! Link to comment
jairichi
It will impact outcome of your F1 visa application as an applicant should demonstrate no intention to immigrate. Do not try to hide the facts when asked as these are readily available to immigration authorities. Link to comment

prad0211
You'll have to include details of all your siblings, parents, spouse and kids if they are in the U.S. Link to comment
