Staying in the same company after H1B transfer.

Hi,

I joined my current company(company A) after my change of status petition from F-1 to H1B got approved, last month.

I got an offer from another company(company B) and they applied for my H1B transfer which got approved.

But now I have decided not to join company B and stay in company A.

Can I do that?

If yes, do I have to do something to ensure that I am not negatively affected by not joining company B.

You can stay with current employer. You have nothing to do.
