PO only valid for 6 months and applying for extension and going for Stamping

Hi,

 

My H1B is started from 10/01/2013 and its valid until 03/12/2016. I work under EVC model. I have worked with the same Client through same prime vendor since day 1. My client will not give client letter and people say its a known fact. My client also does PO for 6 months only. My current PO is valid until 04/22/2013. I'm confident my PO will be extended for 2016 as project budget has been approved and I'm part of the listed approved resources. I want to apply for extension and go to India for stamping early January of next year. I have following questions -

 

1) Without client letter, I will apply for H1B extension. My vendor has given vendor letter without any specific dates but asked to refer to relevant PO. - With just vender letter and PO valid only until 04/22/16 can i apply for H1B extension.?

 

2) If its gets approved, can i go for stamping - what are my chances?

 

3) If extension is not approved, can i still go for stamping for remaining 3 months that i still have on H1B?

 

4) If I don't get my extension, can i apply for H4 EAD and travel out of the country and go for stamping for H4?
