H1b transfer within one week reaching US first time

Hi,

 

My employer (A) filed H1b in India which was approved/stamped/activated

in Oct 2014. I came to US in July 2015 and within one week of reaching US,

I switch the employer (B) without any paystab (dont have paystube in one week time).

I already started working for employer B since then. My H1b transfer receipt 

shows the status of end of July 15 when USCIS received all the documents. 

 

My questions are 

 

1. How much time regular processing takes ? I havent see any update on website till today.

2. As per above scenario, am I going to get RFE or what could be the probability of approval ?

Did you start working for employer A? If yes, you need to get paid for that.

If not, your H1 may be invalid.

1. 4 plus months.

2. Approval chances are based on documents submitted.

You should have joined new employer after H1B approval.

Thanks for the reply. I have submitted all the required documents other than paystub which i didnt had at that time. What could be the documents required in case of RFE ?

If RFE asks for pay stubs then provide them.
