gorkal715 Posted November 17, 2015 Report Share Posted November 17, 2015 My H1 and my wifes H4 petitions expires on 09/16/2018.Last week my wifes H4 EAD is approved but on approval notice the expiration date is valid from 11/12/2015 to 11/11/2016 which is not matching my H1B or H4 petition expiration dates.So could you please assist me with few suggestion how to proceed from here.Can i make an infopass and check with USCIS?
