kandula1985 Posted October 11, 2015 Report Share Posted October 11, 2015 Hi My I-94 is expiring in Dec 21st 2015 but my H1B Valid till Sep 2017 but CBP officer gave the I-94 validity till my passport expiry date,so I am planning to cross San Ysidro Border by foot (Tijuana, Mexico) for my I-94 extension in the month of November with my wife and Daughter (because my wife also have the same I-94 expiration Issue). 1.Does mexico need any tourist visa? 2.Do i need to carry any document for my daughter (she is US citizen)?
