I started working in 2007 in IT field however I've now attained my Bachelors in IT in 2015. Will this create an issue if I apply for H1B. thanks in advance.. Link to comment

I might be wrong. That is not valid. You can be working and can simultaneously study in distance and acquire a degree. It will very much be valid technically but remains to be seen how USCIS looks at it. Link to comment
