Filed an Ammendment with EVVC and can go for Stamping on EVC with same Client ?

Hello All,

 

I am Planning for stamping this december for the first time, but i filed an amendment recently and is under processing with EVVC model. According to the contract after six months, that is end of november, my employer will be working directly with the Prime vendor company which is EVC model. At the time of interview i will be in EVC model but my amendment was filed with EVVC model

 

Do i need to file an amendment again for removing middle vendor company ?

 

If so, Is it a better time to get stamped in december with this situation?
