H1B visa restamping after employer merger

I work full time for an IT product company. My employer is merging with a big publicly traded product company and they are saying that 6-7 H1B visa employees that my employer has will all be transferred to the newly merged company. My job location, responsibilities and salary will remain same. They said they are going to transfer all the H1B employees to the acquiring company as the Tax ID is going to change.

 

My Situation: I got my H1B stamped last year with my employer. Now, after the merger, do I have to go for another stamping or visa interview. I will be visiting India right 1 month after the Merger process will complete. Not sure whether I will have to go for another stamping as it will be a transfer of H1B, what all documents I need to carry specific to the situation?

 

Please help if anybody has any experienced similar situation.
