DS 160 Appln for H4 visa - Principal applicant and Petition number?

Hi,

I am filling out DS-160 form for H4 visa for my wife. I am in H1B.

While filing DS160, it asks for Principal applicant name and petition number. Should I enter my name and petition number in DS160 or my spouse name and petition number (H4)? Just want to make sure.
