sk1211
Hello, I work for company A, I filed my labor (perm) from another employer 'B' as future employement. But now company A is ready to file Perm for me. Now in the document checklist, Company A is asking 'Any other Labor Certification filed on your behalf from any other employer?'. Perm was file from employer B just a month ago, I am not sure If I need to provide Yes or No for this question. I didn't inform company A that my Perm was filed from other company. Can anyone help me out on what should I mentioned for this question? Thanks in advance! Link to comment
sk1211
Thanks for your response.. Can I know why we need to reply with YES. Is it to determine whether I qualify for an earlier priority date or not? If I provide NO, would it be ok? Link to comment

If caught lying you do not know the consequence of that. Link to comment
Attorney_15
The law prohibits one employer from filing two PERM applications for one person, but nothing prevents two different employers from each filing an application for one person. Link to comment
