My visa status changed to H1 on Oct 1st 2015. I am planning to go to India in mid-december for stamping. Is it possible to travel to Ireland and then directly go to India for H1 stamping? And then return to US from India after the stamping. Are there any risks involved in doing so? Link to comment
JoeF Posted October 7, 2015 Report Share Posted October 7, 2015 You would need to get a work visa for Ireland. You can't just go there and work there. Aside from that, you can of course travel to other countries, e.g., for tourism, before getting an H1 stamp. Link to comment
