Kgis
Hi there, Can you please let me know whether this is possible? I'm working for a company A on H1B , Can i Start filing My Greencard Process With Company B without H1B transfer ? If so my PerM LC & I140 approved on Company B , can i still continue working Company A with extending H1B visa with them ? untill My green-card Process Complete with Company B? Usually How much does it cost the Company B to process my greencard based on future employment with the company size of 200 employees? Thanks in advance Kgis Link to comment
