JoeF Posted October 5, 2015 Report Share Posted October 5, 2015 The H1 is the employer's application, so they would have to submit any answers to an RFE. If it is COS, the start date is Oct. 1 or the H1 approval date, whichever is later. Link to comment

Apologies if my question is not clear. When the H1 starts, the L1 is over, and you have to stop working for the L1 employer immediately. The law matters, not a notice period. When the H1 starts, you are simply not allowed BY LAW to work for the L1 employer anymore. Link to comment
