sai121212
Hello Guys, I am currently on h1b visa with Company A for 4 years and got a full time offer with another company B. I told B that I will join the company after the successful h1b transfer. ( not from the date of receipt). So, my question is, I wanted to give 2 weeks notice to Company A after the h1b transfer is approved with B. Can I do that legally ? During 2 weeks notice period, I will be working for Company A but I will also have approved h1b with Company B. Will it be OK to do that ? What if I ask the Company B to delay the start date after h1b approval with B? DO they have to file h1b change of employer again? What is the best solution you can suggest me? Thanks Link to comment
