I140 old priority date

Hello,

Thank you for this excellent forum. I have a few question as i am not clear on the processing part of I140:

 

To start with below is brief history:

1. I have my PERM approved. My employer has filed my I140 with old priority date of Apr 2001(which is current) under EB3. The filing center is SRC. It was filed on July 14 2015.

 

The question is how much time does it take to process the I140 with an old priority date? I also had my earlier EAD with approved 485 and 765 with the same old priority date. Is the employer filing under the correct process? I am still not hearing from USCIS on the current I140 filed with old priority date. Please help me estimate this.
