krishna.ck
Hi, Today I have received RFE for my Change Of Status to F1. RFE is please submit your Principal H-1B applicant's statement attesting to current employment status , performance, and/or Work Hostory. We are planning to submit below documents 1) Offer Letter 2) Experience Letter. Can we submit appreciation mail from my husband's supervisor ?. Regards. Link to comment
JoeF
Paystubs are needed, not some letter from a supervisor. They want to know if you are in valid H4 status, which means your husband has to be in valid H1 status. Getting paid regularly shows that. Link to comment
jairichi
Offer letter is of no use. Your spouse's pay stubs & employment verification letter. Link to comment

krishna.ck
Hi, I have approached Immigration attorney. Surprisingly she removed my LCAs,Tax Return statements and many other documents. She considered only below documents 1) My Previous Employer Pay stubs, Approved Petition, Releasing Letter 2) Current Employer Pay stubs, Employment verification letter, 3) 2012, 2013, 2014 W2 statements 4) G-28 form and cover letter filled by attorney. And she sent the documents to USCIS. I am little tensed as she removed many documents. Lets hope RFE gets approved. Thanks for your inputs. Link to comment
JoeF
USCIS has the LCAs. The W2s show the same stuff as the tax returns. Link to comment

krishna.ck
Hi All, I have got the below Update from USCIS. On October 2, 2015, we received your response to our Request for Evidence for your Form I-539, Application to Extend or Change Nonimmigrant Status, Receipt Number XXXXX. Our Service Center office will begin working on your case again. We will mail you a decision or notify you if wE need something from you. My doubt it USCIS still contacts us if they need further more information post RFE?. I heard USCIS will not contact us after RFE. Any guess?. Link to comment
