EB1-C Question.

I have been working for a relatively small company (60 employees) since 2012 and am currently on a H1-B visa. We have recently opened up an office in London and I am moving there in a managerial capacity to grow the team there (possibly to hire 3 people) and generate business. I plan to be there for about a year and a half.

I will be coming back to the USA and will be managing a team of 3 - 4 individuals here as well.

I have the following questions:

1) Can I come back to the USA on an L1-A visa even though I am currently on a H1-B visa?

I have read that you can apply for your green card through the EB1-C process if you come back on an L1-A, which is much quicker than going through the EB2 process

2) Since we are a small organization, is it true that my chances of getting an approval under the EB1-C will be any lesser if I had worked for a large multi-national organization?

3) Has anyone had any success with a similar situation and if you could recommend a law firm that you have personally dealt with?

Any help on this matter is greatly appreciated!

Thanks!
